Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Notary," or "Client") and Rysse R Signature Seal LLC ("RRSS," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, governing your access to and use of our website, platform, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership plan, submitting a signing order, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Services Offered
Rysse R Signature Seal provides a technology platform that connects title companies, mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and escrow companies ("Clients") with licensed notary signing agents ("Notaries") for the purpose of facilitating loan signings, real estate closings, and related notarial services in the State of Florida and other jurisdictions where permitted by law.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Notary signing agent dispatch and assignment
- Client portal for submitting and tracking signing orders
- Notary dashboard for managing assignments, documents, and earnings
- Scan-back document management and delivery
- Premium membership features for notary professionals
- Billing, invoicing, and payment processing for clients
RRSS is a platform provider and technology intermediary. We do not directly perform notarial acts and are not responsible for the professional conduct of individual notaries beyond reasonable platform oversight.

Notary members may subscribe to one of the following plans. All plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless canceled.

Payment Terms
RRSS accepts the following payment methods for membership subscriptions and client invoices:
Stripe (Credit / Debit Card)
Card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe tokenizes all payment information and handles all card processing securely. By providing your card details, you authorize RRSS to charge your card for the selected plan on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
Venmo
To pay via Venmo, send your subscription payment to @RysseSeal (or the handle displayed in your account dashboard). You must include your full name and plan name (e.g., "John Smith — Premium Plan") in the payment note so we can match your payment. Venmo payments are manually processed within 1–2 business days. Your account will be upgraded once payment is confirmed by our team.
Venmo is available for monthly payments only. We do not currently offer automated recurring billing via Venmo; you are responsible for submitting payment each month before your renewal date.
PayPal
PayPal payments redirect you to the PayPal secure checkout. You may pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit/debit card as a PayPal guest. Once PayPal confirms your payment, your account will be upgraded automatically or within 1 business day.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing address and applicable state law.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis beginning on the date you subscribe. Your billing date renews on the same calendar day each month. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.
You authorize RRSS and its payment processors to charge your payment method automatically each month. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be downgraded to the Basic Plan until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your billing period expires.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- Your account was upgraded without your authorization
- The Platform experienced a verified outage of more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date by contacting support@ryssersignatureseal.com or calling (561) 888-4365. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ryssersignatureseal.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. RRSS is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
RRSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are determined to be a risk to the safety of other users or the integrity of the platform.
Notary Responsibilities
Notary signing agents registered on the Platform represent and warrant that:
- They hold a valid, active notary commission issued by their state of practice
- All credentials, certifications, and background check results submitted are truthful and current
- They carry errors & omissions (E&O) insurance as required by their engagement agreements
- They will perform all signings in compliance with applicable state notary law and RRSS standards
- They will upload scan-back documents promptly after each completed signing
- They will communicate professionally with clients and RRSS staff at all times
Notaries who accept a signing assignment and fail to appear without adequate notice may be subject to account suspension. RRSS reserves the right to remove any notary from the platform for repeated cancellations, client complaints, or credential violations.
Client Portal Use
Client companies accessing the RRSS Client Portal agree to:
- Submit accurate and complete signing order information
- Provide timely payment for all invoices in accordance with their agreed payment terms (Net-30 unless otherwise specified)
- Notify RRSS immediately of any changes to a signing appointment with at least 4 hours' notice where possible
- Treat assigned notaries with professionalism and respect
- Not share Client Portal login credentials with unauthorized personnel
Client accounts are subject to approval by the RRSS administrative team. RRSS reserves the right to deny or revoke client access at its discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
Users of the Platform may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to circumvent RRSS and engage directly with notaries or clients to avoid platform fees
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform without written authorization
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, notaries, or RRSS staff
- Share, sell, or transfer account access to unauthorized third parties
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt the Platform
- Use the Platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the RRSS name, logo, software, design, text, graphics, and workflows — is the exclusive property of Rysse R Signature Seal LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
Documents uploaded to the Platform by notaries or clients remain the property of the uploading party. By uploading content, you grant RRSS a limited license to store, display, and transmit such content as necessary to provide the Services.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RRSS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
RRSS does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of services performed by notaries connected through the Platform. We are a technology intermediary and do not supervise individual signing appointments.
Any information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional notarial advice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RRSS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
In no event shall RRSS's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to RRSS in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Palm Beach County, Florida, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.
