Rysse R Signature Seal provides a platform that connects individuals and businesses ("Clients") with certified Notary Signing Agents ("Notaries") for the purpose of notarizing documents. We do not provide legal advice or act as a law firm. The notarization service is provided by the independent Notary Signing Agent.

3. User Responsibilities

• Clients: You are responsible for accurately describing your notarial needs, providing complete and correct information, and being present with the required identification for the notarization appointment. You understand that the Notary has the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
• Notaries: You are responsible for maintaining your notary commission, adhering to all applicable state and federal laws, and providing professional services to Clients. You must ensure your background checks and E&O insurance are up-to-date and accurately reflected on your profile.
• All Users: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

4. Booking and Payments

Clients may book notarization services through our platform. All payments for services are handled securely via a third-party payment processor. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you book. Rysse R Signature Seal reserves the right to charge a platform fee for connecting you with a Notary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are at the discretion of Rysse R Signature Seal and may vary based on the service and timing of the cancellation. Specific details regarding cancellation fees will be provided at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rysse R Signature Seal website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rysse R Signature Seal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Service without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rysse R Signature Seal is a technology platform that facilitates connections. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of any Notary or Client. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from the notarization process or any related errors or omissions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rysse R Signature Seal, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
